Shipping & Returns
We work our hardest to provide you with the best experience possible. Unopened and unused products can be returned within 7 days of receiving your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Once your package is received back please allow 7-10 business days for refund to process. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact support at email@example.com and we will work with you.
Exchange for Damaged or Defective Products
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to refund or replace your purchase.
How long does it take when processing an order?
Please allow 24 hours for an order to be processed and sanitized for shipment. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. Thank you very much for your patience.
What are the shipping details?
Once your order is picked up by UPS or USPS, it may take 1-2 days for the tracking to update depending on when it is scanned. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live in California, you will get it within a day. On the East Coast we usually see 3-7 day delivery depending on chosen delivery speed and method. USPS may be delayed a few days due to COVID-19. Delta-8 products will only be sold in states where the sale is legally allowed.
When are orders processed?
All orders are processed everyday except National Holidays and Sundays (yes we do ship Saturdays too!) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We are located in Carlsbad, California therefore be patient with delivery. We ship as fast as we can, and the products are worth it.
